1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of grow.travel and any related landing pages, forms, and content (together, the “Site”), operated by Levin Travel Ltd. By accessing or using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or applying for a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Levin Travel Ltd, a company registered in Israel (Company No. 515593192), trading as Grow Travel. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Levin Travel Ltd.

3. Description of our services

Grow Travel curates and arranges experiential family travel, including single-trip concierge planning and tiered annual memberships. The Site is primarily an informational and lead-generation platform: it describes our services, shares sample itineraries, and allows you to submit an inquiry or application. Submitting a form on the Site is a request for information or a consultation — it is not a confirmed booking or a binding commitment by either party.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to it;
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written consent;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

5. Accuracy of content and itineraries

Sample itineraries, destination content, pricing indications, and imagery on the Site are illustrative and provided for planning purposes only. Site hours, holiday and religious calendars, guide and supplier availability, and seasonal conditions can affect the actual order, timing, or content of any trip. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Final trip details, pricing, and terms are confirmed individually and in writing with each guest before booking.

6. Inquiries, quotes, and bookings

Submitting a form or speaking with our team does not create a contract for travel services. A binding booking is formed only once you have received and accepted a specific written proposal, quote, or booking confirmation from us, and any required deposit or payment has been made, at which point separate booking terms provided at that time will apply (including any applicable cancellation, refund, and payment terms). Where those separate booking terms conflict with these Terms on a booking-specific matter, the booking-specific terms govern.

7. Membership tiers

Where we offer annual membership tiers, the specific inclusions, pricing, term, renewal, and cancellation conditions for each tier will be set out in a separate membership agreement provided to you before enrollment. Descriptions of membership tiers on the Site are illustrative of our current offering and may be updated or adjusted over time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the “Grow.Travel” name and mark, and the Growth Travel methodology — is owned by or licensed to Levin Travel Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including our CRM forms (GoHighLevel) and content from suppliers or partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Levin Travel Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levin Travel Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your place of residence, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

16. General provisions

• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
• Force majeure — we are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
